Through a campaign, information is shared with the community about the kind of ideas being sought, members submit ideas, and ideas are moderated through the stages of the workflow funnel. The considerations below cover the essential aspects and related settings to review when creating a campaign. --- ### Role Permissions 1. Community Administrator: Creates and configures campaigns, including the Question/Challenge Statement, Campaign Brief, audience and permission settings, Idea Submission Form, and Workflow.  2. Community Administrator, Campaign Administrator: Can update the Campaign Banner, Campaign Logo, and Campaign Featured Image using Edit mode from the front-end campaign page. 3. The Community Administrator should add all Idea Submission Form elements before launch so that every idea captures the same details. Idea Submission Form Elements Added After Launch: New elements can be added to the Idea Submission Form after a campaign has launched, but ideas submitted before the addition will not include the newly added details. 2. Workflow Changed After Launch: Changing the Workflow after a campaign has launched affects other campaigns that share the same Workflow. --- ### Frequently Asked Questions ##### Can Idea Submission Form elements be added after a campaign has launched? Yes, but ideas that were submitted before the new element was added will not have the corresponding details, since the form update only applies going forward. ##### What happens if the Workflow is changed after a campaign has already launched? Changing the Workflow at that point affects any other campaigns sharing the same Workflow, since it isn't scoped to a single campaign. ##### What does setting a campaign end date do? It displays a countdown timer in the campaign's About tab, alerting members that the campaign is closing. ##### Can AI Assist help with the Question/Challenge Statement and Campaign Brief? Yes.
