| The AI Features section allows Workspace administrators to configure specific AI capabilities that members can use within the workspace. |
The AI Features section includes AI Chatbot, AI Idea Writing Assistant, AI Idea Coaching, and Whiteboard AI. Currently, only AI Chatbot and AI Idea Writing Assistant are available; AI Idea Coaching and Whiteboard AI will be released soon to further enhance engagement, streamline idea capture and sharing, and support optimal use of AI.

AI Chatbot
The AI Chatbot is a conversational assistant designed for Administrators and Moderators. It allows members to query innovation data using simple, natural language questions, making it possible to find insights quickly without complex searches or reports.
- Access: Accessible from the topbar icon persistant on all pages.
- Data Scope: Can access all workspace data within the user's permission scope.
- Availability: Available to Administrators and Moderators.
AI Idea Writing Assistant
The AI Idea Writing Assistant helps members improve idea submissions by providing AI-powered suggestions. It can expand short descriptions, improve clarity, and help clearly explain the business impact of an idea.
- Access: Accessible on the Idea submission form.
- Data Scope: Limited to only the idea currently being edited.
- Availability: Available to all members.
