The AI Features section includes AI Chatbot, AI Idea Writing Assistant, AI Idea Coaching, and
. Currently, only the first two features are available; the remaining features will be released soon to further enhance engagement, streamline how you capture and share ideas, and help you make optimal use of AI.

The AI Chatbot is a conversational assistant designed for Admins and Moderators. It allows users to query innovation data using simple, natural language questions, making it easy to find insights quickly without complex searches or reports.
Access: Available to Admins and Moderators.
Data Scope: Can access all workspace data within the user’s permission scope.
Availability: Enabled for all users who have the appropriate permissions.
AI Idea Writing Assistant
The AI Idea Writing Assistant helps members improve their idea submissions by providing AI-powered suggestions. It can expand short descriptions, improve clarity, and help clearly explain the business impact of an idea.
Access: Available to all members during idea submission.
Data Scope: Limited to only the idea currently being edited.
Availability: Enabled for all users with the appropriate permissions.
